Fitted with 13,000lt Poly Water Tank 10 year warranty 13,000lt low profile tank is rotationally moulded in Australia from UV stabilised, food-grade virgin polyethylene. Their heavy-duty construction makes them suitable for the harshest of environments. They carry a 10 year pro-rata warranty and have an average tank wall thickness of between 15-25mm which ensures the tank will handle the extreme demands of water cartage!
The Ball Baffle has proven to be a very effective and efficient baffling system for arresting the wave-action normally associated with liquid in motion - stopping the water momentum and therefore providing a far safer system of transporting water. This 13,000lt tank will be fitted with 325 balls.
Our units are fitted with a 10HP L100 Yanmar Diesel Powered electric start motor. This is coupled with a 3" 1300L/min Transfer water pump. This is mounted on the rear of the unit and capable of 7.6 meter suction for bottom filling.
3" spray bar, consisting of one 3 centre and two 1 1/12 outer batter spray heads. Each spray head to be individually controlled from in cab. Each head will be roll groove mounted for easy removal and adjustment.
3" Dribble bar with 90 turned ends and end caps facilitating complete flushing. It is at-tached to the unit via sturdy 65x65mm box section and plumbed via camlock fittings for easy removal. The bar will be turned on and off from the In-Cab control box
The unit will be fitted with a heavy duty Multi Purpose hose reel, with 20m of 25mm wash down Hose and an adjustable nozzle. The reel is rotationally moulded with a galvanised steel base mount frame.
6m bottom fill kit, which consists of 1 x 6m length of 3 suction hose with a female cam-lock on one end and a galvanised mesh filter filter on the other. The pump can then be used to draw water from whatever external supply is available, and will fill into the tank via the hydrant fill lid.
User-friendly suction/discharge manifold is fully hot-dip galvanised to eliminate the worry of rust. All pipe work is 3" with 3" camlock suction and discharge ports for quick filling and delivery of water. These ports are mounted at convenient height for ease of use for the operator. Semi-rotary single-acting actuators are used to open and close all spray features, and are mounted using 3" flange fittings.
